Thibaut Baudson joined Meditest in 2025 with a clear vision: to make customer support a true competitive differentiator. With 20 years of experience in oncology and radiotherapy, he has held strategic positions at Oncos (consultant and co-manager in medical physics), Philips (radiotherapy specialist then oncology business marketing manager), and Elekta (software sales manager). This field and marketing expertise gives him a unique understanding of clinical, technical, and industrial challenges.
At Meditest , he leads the structuring of sales teams, develops new technological partnerships (Omniscopiq, MVision AI) and places user proximity at the heart of the strategy.
