Advanced Quality Control (QC) device for linear accelerators (LINACs), based on ionization chamber technology and featuring a unique detector configuration, allows verification of key QC parameters in a single measurement: daily, weekly, and monthly QC; symmetry; flatness; primary and diagonal axes; field size and penumbra; corner control; LINAC startup behavior; MLC control; congruence of the light and radiation fields; and output controls for photon and electron beams. Energy constancy control for photon and electron beams is possible with the optional accumulation plate (see BS71-000).
The StarTrack is easy to install and align (on a processing table or, optionally, on a gantry). Data is transferred to a PC or laptop via an Ethernet connection. All necessary cables are included.
