If you have a panoramic and a retroalveolar camera of the same technology (digital), only one phantom is needed.

For the retroalveolar (as standard): a stabilizing strap (with integrated ergonomic system on the test object) combined with a mark engraved on the latter, allows all sensor and film formats to be accepted and guarantees perfect reproducibility.

The DigiDent2 Phantom (digital image quality control) consists of:

a) a spatial resolution target consisting of 8 groups of line pairs:
2.50 – 2.80 – 3.10 – 3.70 – 4.40 – 5.00 – 5.60 – 6.30 line pairs per mm.
The graduation is less than 20% from group to group.

b) a test object for checking low-contrast resolution consisting of 4 elements with diameters of:
1 mm – 1.5 mm – 2.0 mm – 2.5 mm

c) a centering mark.

And a 3-section photo tripod with a maximum height of 160 cm for positioning the phantom during quality control checks on dental panoramic radiographs.
