MEDITEST and IBA Dosimetry sealed a partnership agreement in January 2020 to develop the French market for Dosimetry solutions and services and to consolidate the installed base. This agreement aims to increase the French presence of IBA Dosimetry on the French market by relying on the expertise of MEDITEST , its expertise and its very strong penetration of the French radiotherapy market. The growing interest in IBA Dosimetry solutions, including new products like Smartscan, Myqa Platform, Myqa Daily constitutes a context favorable to the deployment of this partnership.

Industrial partnerships
For its equipment sales activities, MEDITEST works with around twenty manufacturers or publishers. For some of them, MEDITEST has exclusive distribution contracts on French or internationally.
Thus, Radcal chose MEDITEST as an exclusive technical ambassador on French soil.
The main suppliers of MEDITEST are: Radcal, Ashland, CDR, Data Spectrum, Beekley and Phantom Laboratory.
They are selected and renewed according to drastic quality and performance criteria.
Radcal
Radcal is an industrial leader in the design and manufacture of ionizing radiation measurement systems for equipment using the X-rays. Its active research and development program requests innovations to improve measurement tools to users who can be manufacturers of medical imaging equipment, physicists, biomedical engineers and authorities' experts.
MEDITEST collaborates closely with the Radcal teams teams for:
- Provide a solution dedicated to all market players;
develop the calibration work of Medix Lab; - Create a local solution for the provision of the MEDIX LAB offer at European level for the entire distribution network;
- Optimize the profitability of its operating modes;
- diversify internationally.
Beekley Medical
Beekley Medical has been a MEDITEST partner since 2004. MEDITEST is the exclusive distributor of Beekley throughout France.
In Beekley Medical, the goal is to have a positive impact on patient life and improve clinical results.

Scientific partnerships
In 2012, MEDITEST moved to Buc (Yvelines), in the heart of the Saclay-Orsay High Technologies Basin, which brings together a number of universities, research centers and industries, including the CEA (atomic energy police station). This establishment near the CEA is a strategic choice because MEDITEST signed in 2011 with the CEA-LNE-LNHB-Primary laboratory-a license to transfer know-how. This agreement pursues the following objectives:
- For the CEA, to transfer the result of their research, to offer their customers an industrial solution. Also to contribute to the development of the French economic fabric.
- For MEDITEST , to provide services of excellence, national reference and to diversify its activity internationally.
The involvement of MEDITEST in public health issues has resulted in particular by close collaboration alongside CEA-LNE-LNHB experts, in order to allow accessibility for all to optimal safety in the use of radi-X. From this partnership was born, in 2011, Medix Lab, 1st French secondary laboratory of metrology for calibration in rays-X low energy X under the aegis of CEA-LNE-LNHB, national metrology laboratory for ionizing radiation.
This first French secondary laboratory facilitates the calibration of quality control equipment, especially for medical physics: proximity to French soil guaranteeing a very short time to immobilize the equipment and the possibility of exchanging with metrology experts according to the different types of equipment and the use requirements. This partnership allowed MEDITEST to be able to offer a new offer to its customers, whatever the equipment to calibrate. This new calibration offer makes it possible to strengthen the quality of the control equipment so that its effectiveness is optimal, regardless of the brand of the equipment.
This unprecedented partnership with the Saclay CEA has created an innovative type of metrology laboratory in France and shows the example of an efficient public/private collaboration. With the support of CEA, Medix Lab obtained its Cofrac certification from its first year of creation.
